Responsibilities
– Day to day management of online marketing activities and identify a clear plan to achieve the goal
– Manage the budget to reach goal (at least 300,000 monthly)
– Build and manage team
– Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy for customer on all the major platforms on Facebook
– Oversee the implementation of campaigns, online and offline marketing
– Identify marketing opportunities by developing existing go-to-market strategy, marketing initiative, competitor’s share, competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
– Plan and execute for customer development with the team
– Work closely with top management, and strategy consultant
Key Skills/Experience
– 4-5 years’ experience in online marketing/advertising
– A strong working knowledge in A/B testing
– A strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix – Email, Content, SEM, SMM & Affiliates
– Experienced in online marketing tools that assist online marketing jobs such as email marketing, google analytics and CRM
– Strong team management and organizational skills
– Fluent in English
– Well presentation skill and be able to find solution precisely
– Good computer skill, Microsoft Excel, Power Point or Keynote
– Must be a DO-er
– Being data-driven decider but with good intuitive judgement
– Great active listener
– Great persuasive skill and put the customers’ needs as first citizen
– Experience with SEO would also be an advantage
– Experienced in Fitness/Gym/Health care business is preferable.
